Project Overview
When someone is locked out, they're not browsing — they're panicking. The old site buried the phone number, loaded slowly on mobile, and offered no immediate sense of local authority. Chris needed a site that could compete in a neighborhood-by-neighborhood search landscape.
The work balanced conversion strategy, clear information architecture, and performance optimization so the site could support business growth immediately after launch.

Intent Mapping
We started by understanding the mindset of someone in a lockout situation — stressed, on a phone, needing help now. That informed where the phone number lived, how the hero section was structured, and what copy came first.
Service Architecture
We built out dedicated location and service pages to capture hyperlocal demand. Each page was written and structured to reflect the specific neighborhoods Chris's team regularly serves.
Implementation
Speed was non-negotiable. We optimized Core Web Vitals, made click-to-call prominent on every screen size, and added trust signals — license info, reviews, years in business — right where skeptical new visitors would look.
Iteration
