Designing a focused digital experience
Houston's roofing market is crowded and competitive, and homeowners often reach out to multiple contractors at once. Trusted Roofing needed to be the first company to respond, earn trust quickly, and make the estimate process easier than any competitor. The old site was none of those things.
The work balanced conversion strategy, clear information architecture, and performance optimization so the site could support business growth immediately after launch.

Market Mapping
We analyzed Houston roofing search behavior neighborhood by neighborhood and identified the gaps where Trusted Roofing could dominate — particularly around storm damage response and insurance claim support, where urgency is highest.
Technical Build
We customized the Divi framework with custom PHP modules and LiteSpeed caching configured for near-instant mobile performance — because in emergency home repair, a slow site is a referral to a competitor.
